Items cannot be accepted without a returns number. A refund will be made to you within 14 days of cancellation. You are liable for the cost of returning unwanted items, any costs that we have to pay for your return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Faulty items should be returned within 14 days, and we will gladly refund or replace. Email sales@sexy2use.co.uk to obtain a returns number. Wrap the item securely and include your name and order/returns reference , and send to the address above. Items cannot be accepted without a returns number.
